GlowTouch Technologies President Honored as Business First’s ‘2012 Business Leader of the Year’
LOUISVILLE – December 12, 2012- GlowTouch Technologies, an award-winning IT services firm providing custom application development and technology integration services to businesses around the globe, announced today that GlowTouch President Vidya Ravichandran was recognized as Business First’s ‘2012 Business Leader of the Year.’
The Business of the Year Awards gala was held last night at the Seelbach Hilton where nearly 400 attendees packed in to honor top-performers in the Louisville business community. Ravichandran was recognized for her instrumental role in helping fuel GlowTouch’s continued ascension as a top global technology firm. Ravichandran was one of four finalists for the “Business Leader of the Year” award category that included Louisville entrepreneurs Ingrid Hernandez of InGrid Design LLC, Wayne Estopinal of TEG Architects & John Waggoner of HMS Global Maritime. The ceremony featured a brief video profile recognizing finalists from each category and culminated with the awards presentation. “Any individual recognition I garner is a direct result of the tremendous team I have working with me” said Vidya Ravichandran, “This award is not a singular recognition of the best ‘Business Leader of the Year’, but of the best ‘Business Team of the Year’.
