Summary of Position:
Handle calls and assist international customers regarding webinar issues.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Providing backend support to customers through phone, troubleshooting technical issues related to webinar.
- Good Communication Sills (Verbal & Oral)
- Should be a logical thinker.
- Should be good in technical troubleshooting skills
- Should have good typing skill and comfortable using computer
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) & in weekends
Qualifications: BCA,BSc,Diploma (CS), MCA, MSc(CS), BE, Bcom,Mtech
Experience: 0- 6 years
