ISO 9001:2015-QMS, ISO 27001:2013-ISMS, and ISO 14001:2015-EMS Certification
Diya Systems is proud to announce that is has earned an ISO 9001:2015-QMS, ISO 27001:2013-ISMS, and ISO 14001:2015-EMS certification. This is a very exciting achievement for us and we want to share with our clients, industry, and colleagues what it means for Diya to be ISO certified.
At its core, this certification means that all clients can count on us to perform with consistency and quality. The ISO 9000 family of standards is related to quality management systems and is designed to help organizations meet the needs of clients while maintaining regulatory compliance. Over the years, we’ve created quality management standards and processes that we apply to product development and we’ve proven that we can replicate success in implementing these processes time and again. Diya has executed custom system integrations, data migrations, and other types of projects for our clients; an ISO- accredited certification body now backs our claim that we can and will replicate the quality management processes that led to the initial success on subsequent projects.
We’ve known for a long time at Diya that our team of experts has the skill to produce excellent results on nearly any type of software or IT project; our current clients know it, too. In fact, much of our business growth comes from returning clients who have been extremely satisfied with our previous work and want to grow our relationship.
The ISO 9001:2015-QMS, ISO 27001:2013-ISMS, and ISO 14001:2015-EMS certification is a large achievement for us, but it is not our end-goal. We employ continuous improvement processes at Diya and will continue to do so for years to come. We’d like to thank all of our great clients and employees who help us execute quality projects again and again.
CMMI Maturity Level 3
Diya Systems has achieved the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 rating for process improvement from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
CMMI Maturity Level 3 is classified as “defined” which means that a company has established sets of defined and documented standard processes that are subject to some degree of improvement over time. These standard processes are in place and used to establish consistency of process performance across the organization.
Recognizing the importance of adaptive and repeatable processes, we undertook the CMMI initiative in an effort to ensure our clients receive exceptional productivity, quality, and reliability in every engagement.
We’ve applied this continuous improvement philosophy in a number of different disciplines across the business, including configuration management, quality assurance, verification and validation, risk management, requirements management, project management, interface compatibility, availability management, data collection, resource allocation, and more.
Lastly, we apply this approach not only to our team, but to our work groups, projects, and across our entire organization. Both we and our clients have realized a myriad of benefits from adopting this approach, including increased project efficiency, improved team communications, accelerated project cycles, quality enhancements, and more.
